completed Online or through Correspondence Courses.

Cosmetologists:
Need a total of 14 hours of CE to renew their license. 7 can be online or correspondence.

Cosmetology Teachers and Cosmetology Clinic Teachers:
Need a total of 24 hours of CE to renew their license. 12 of those 24 hours can be online
or correspondence. 10 hours of the 24 must be in Teaching Methodology.

Estheticians and Nail Technicians:
Need a total of 10 hours of CE to renew their license. 5 hours can be online or correspondence.

Esthetics Teachers and Nail Technology Teachers:
Need a total of 20 hours of CE to renew their license. 10 of those 20 hours can be online or
correspondence. 10 hours of the 24 must be in Teaching Methodology.

State Board does not require passing an exam for the successful completion of CE.
To earn CE credit hours, complete the Online Test Activities and Forms.
A self-check activity answer sheet will be included with your Certificate of Completion.
